What's the difference between catering and delivery?

Guests who order takeout or deliveries receive the sandwiches and sides wrapped and served individually. With Catering, however, the food is served in a style that is meant to be enjoyed by a larger group.

• Sandwiches are presented cut in half and arrange on a tray.
• Sides and salads are served in large serving containers.
• Desserts are beautifully arranged on a platter.
• We include all paper products and utensils, making setup and cleanup simple and easy.

Is there a Catering Minimum?

We will work with you to determine what style of service is best for your group, but in general we suggest that there be 8 or more sandwiches per catering order. Our catering trays look best with at least this amount of food and our sides, salads and desserts platters generally feed at least 10 guests.

How far in advance must an order be placed?

Since most of our ingredients are prepared rom scratch, it is best to give a minimum of 48 hours notice for catering orders. This way, we can be sure to have every single item available for you to select from. Of course, we understand that sometimes needs arise with no time to spare and we will do everything we can to fulfill even the most last-minute request.

Our group really enjoyed the food (there was ~18 people at the end of our meeting – before we adjourned, someone said "Thanks for the great meal" and there was actually a round of applause from the room) – that hasn't happened in the past 18 months. I'll definitely be in touch for future events.
